 We make sure we have your route planned out and you are not down and sitting unless you want or need to be. 

 We understand work life balance is important. We will always make sure to look for loads that will get you as close to home as possible when you need to be there. Time off and vacation time is a must. We will be ready to get you back on the road when you are ready! 

 We offer a low rate of 8% of gross. This includes back office support as well. We provide your credit checks, invoicing and paperwork, factoring assistance, route planning, and rate negotiations to get you the highest pay possible.  

 We understand that its cutting into your pocket when loads are not ready for pick up or it takes longer than 2 hours for unloading. We fight for detention, layover pay, and load cancellation pay. You should still receive some payment if a load has been canceled after the rate confirmation and agreement has been signed.
